Grassroots Facilitation was founded by Laura Grassi to support organizations and communities in navigating complexity through meaningful collaboration.
Born from Laura’s decade-long experience working with governments, NGOs, philanthropic organizations, and social enterprises, Grassroots Facilitation aims to create inclusive spaces where diverse perspectives are valued, trust is built, and collective action becomes possible.
